You should be able to handle incoming emails / phone calls from our web users and customers. You will be given a support phone for answering enquiries regarding our web services. You're also required to make outgoing calls to our customers, possibly on a daily basis.
You will be required to work on a rotation shift that starts from 9.00 a.m to 9.00 p.m on Monday to Friday, and 11.00 a.m to 7.00 a.m on Saturday and Sunday. You will need to learn the basic operations of all our websites in order to help users, such as registration, subscription, benefits, sales, etc.
