Terima kasih.. apartment yg bersih, cantik dan amat sesuai dan selesa dgn bilangan kami yg ramai (5 dewasa, 4 kanak-kanak) tetapi ada beberapa perkara yg kalau boleh diperbaiki dan disediakan utk kemudahan pelanggan.. antaranya,
1. Arah kiblat tidak ditunjukkan, apatah lagi sejadah...sedikit sukar bg kami yg muslim, mujur ada gps..
2. Tilam tambahan ada disediakan tiga, ttp selimut hanya satu je, kami kesejukan semlmn dgn cuaca sejuk, ditambah pula dgn hujan selama dua hari kami di cameron.
Harap pihak Fresa dapat memenuhi kehendak pelanggan.. terima kasih.

Accommodation provided is good. Ideal for families and most importantly, it is cheap.
What should be improved? Parking. Tenants had to scrambling to the night market visitors. My suggestion, make a box for parking in front of the room rental.

The apartment is clean and comfortable.
Other than noisy door hinges , I will recommend any one to stay in this apartment.

I have to warn you that there is NO view and it is facing a opposite apartment.

But if you are looking for a place to stay, please book this place.

terasa hilang penat memandu setelah memasuki bilik yang bersih dan selesa. mendapat layanan yang baik oleh contact person dan en sharmin amat membantu. untuk ditambah baik, dicadang disediakan dapur untuk memasak dengan peralatan memasak asas yang lain bagi keluarga yang ramai.
Keseluruhanya, amat berpuas hati, akan berkunjung lagi dan disyorkan kepada semua.

Selesa dan sesuai untuk bercuti dengan keluarga kecil.

*Berpadanan dengan harga, kemas, bersih dan selesa kecuali
pemancur air panas perlu diganti.
*Tempat letak kereta yang terhad memberi sedikit kesulitan.

good! nice and cozy apartment and we literally spent most of our time in the apartment.

Assalamualaikum. Kami sekeluarga sangat berpuas hati dengan keadaan apartment ini. Suasana di dalam rumah bersih dan teratur. Di cadangkan sejadah disediakan di setiap bilik.Ini memandangkan kadang2 lebih dari 4 dewasa yg duduk.
Bilik air bersih cuma di Master bedroonm bath tub tidak berfungsi.Keadaan didapur bersih dan teratur...Terima Kasih sekali lagi atas layanan yang baik.Cuma Signage Prima Villa dari main road letak tinggi sedikit...

Excellent apartment which is indeed very well maintained. However, 1 of the water heater is faulty not working well. Should also provide hair dryer as value added service. Overall is a fantastic stay.

overall the apartment environment is cozy and clean...we have a nice stay at there, and is convenience to walk to the nearby pasar malam..
The problem is with the car park, we have two car but only got one parking slot, the pic ask us to fit the two car inside that one parking slot but there is something on the center of the parking slot that make us have difficulties to park the two car..

i was really enjoy staying at crown imperial court apartment.in future if i plan to come to cameron highlands,for sure i will look for CROWN IMPERIAL COURT APARTMENTS

1) It's a very large/spacious apartment unit and very comfortable.
2) A very nice view from the balcony.
3) Will rent this unit again and will promote to friends and family.
4) This apartment is located on a hill, so the parking might be quite challenging and narrow.

On the overall, it's a nice unit/apartment to rent!

I stayed for 2 nights with my family from 3~5 Dec 2012. Overall the unit 506 is good and suitable for a family. Location was very strategic as it is very near to the night market, shops and other facilities.

A few comment for improvement:
1- Check in time is 2 pm but when I got there at 2 pm, the room is not ready according to the guy at the souvinier shop coz the room was under maintenance. I have to wait until 3.30pm before I can check in.
2- Although there is Astro in the apartment but not much use. Only TV1, TV2 and a lot of Chinese and Indian channel only. Cannot even get NTV7 or 8TV. Need to improve.

Good servive

The rooms are great and comfortable. The living room, dining room and free spaces are wide. We did enjoy our night time playing games at the spaces. However, the soundproofing system should be improved. Neighbours should also be informed about the rental of guesthouse so that they can understand we are going there for getaway trip, where we wish to enjoy our trip, and thus it is normal if we make some noises before 12am.

We did not face much problems when using the facilities in the house, except the water heater. Even though we did manage to consult person-in-charge through phone and settle everything, we think that person-in-charge should meet the renter for procedure explanation and help to settle everything.

The room is quite small but comfortable. Overall we enjoyed the night there. =)

Semuanya ok....bilik besar, bersih, sesuai untuk satu keluarga, walaupun limit untuk 4 orang tetapi saya datang 2 dewasa dan 5 anak-anak sekolah dan anak tadika, masih selesa .... anak-anak suka..makanan senang nak dapat....mungkin saya datang lagi...

I stayed for 3 nights with my family from 21~24 Nov 2012. Overall the unit 506 is good and suitable for a family of 7 like mine. A few comment for improvement:
1- The security deposit when booking was stated as RM50 but upon check in the guy demand RM100. I do not want to make a fuss so I just pay up.
