Homestay In Melaka

is a good place to stay.. no need to worry for the parking.. it's just that the water pressure for shower is quite low.. suggest to add one more fan or provide a stand-fan in the living room at the tv area.

Feel good if for family gathering .the room and living room was clean,only the master room don't have hot water.

The house is very clean, tidy and spacious.We have 10 family members and it is a good place for us to gather and catch up.
Things we think need to be improved:-
-the water pressure is too low, we can't shower in both bathrooms at the same time. Perhaps a water pump should be install.
-extra bed should come in a set with pillow and blanket.
-toilet roll might need to be replenish as one toilet roll is not enough for 10 people.
-a better mirror would be good as the one in the bathroom is too small and not very clear.
-the hanger in the bathroom is too shaky, it would be good if a new one is change.

Cuma mungkin boleh tambah simple dressing table & mirror in every rooms. And small fridge in the kitchen would be nice too. Anyway, tq Mr. Teh. We enjoy our stay here. ;)

quiet area and good location. apartment was clean and tidy. owner was friendly. deposit was returned on the same evening after check out. only thing missing was water heater in the master bedroom and a fridge. would be nice too if hair dryer is provided and toilet roll replenished.

The unit is well kept, rooms are clean and all basic facilities provided. But one of the toilet's shower has no heater.

GOOD...very near to the town where most of the tourist attraction located and the rate is reasonable.....conveniece and opposite got superstore to buy your daily need....ONLY 2 THINGS i think need to upgrade.....1) Mattress too soft ..2) no fridge..should got a fridge cos weather to hot

Budget! Nice n comfortable apartment. Just can't cook at the apartment n no lift to get up n down.

There is no natural ventilation to both toilets. exhaust fans should be considered if window/ louvres is not possible.
It will be nice if a small fridge can be added to the unit so that the occupant can at least enjoy a cold drink.
The matteress had started to 'sink' in. Probably it is time to replace them.

Eventhough made full payment, the owner is still very secretive about the exact place of the apartment. Do not know why,would not allow us to check-in earlier than 2pm though there were no booking for the day, as shown in the booking time table. I do hope that he would be more flexible and understanding otherwise, this will be the first time and last time, I will ever recommend to anyone that is planning to get an accomodation around Melaka town (not very far, but not very walkable to Jonker street, ~20mins).

the bed also very bad.

and there's no hanger in the bathroom in the master room which caused inconvenience..

The house very clean and nice. Near to the town/store too. But the bed for master room too soft and no water/heater from master room toilet's.
