D house was neat n clean mainly d bathroom n toilet . D owner allowed us to stay even after d checkout time was over . He was vry flexible wt d timing as der was no bookin made for d nxt day . V vacated only at 6 pm wt no xtra charges at all . D view frm d balcony was grt . Had a comfy stay . I recommend this place for all

NICE HOUSE ... i like it ...

We had good time staying at u&i. The place is very well taken care off. Very convinient. You can even enjoy cooking your own meal. tq Ikram and pakcik jamil.

The flat is clean and pleasant. Owner is generous in providing household necessities such as cooking pot, plates, electric kettle, toaster, oven (a bit old and push button get stuck at times), fridge, astro channel (superb!) and plenty of mattresses, pillows and blanket. Thanks so much for that. It is indeed convenient for small family travelling that requires baby food cooking. The flat is not that big. Quite comfortable for 4-5 persons staying, not for too many. The housing area is nice, with friendly neighbor and sundry shop around. Only that to our surprise a debtor's list for outstanding maintenance was published on the lift area. I hope that everyone especially those with income generated from the house could pay up the maintenance promptly to help maintain the sustainability of this area. Thank you for the nice stay.

Rumah bersih & kemas. Seperti berada di rumah sendiri. Cuma peti ais 2 kena tukar yg baru kot. Ribuan terima kasih kat k.ani yg sudi melayan kami sekeluarga walaupun time kami sampai 2, beliau tgh bekerja. Pe2 pun rumah ni mmg selesa utk diduduki terutama yg dtg berkeluarga.

The Apartment is cleaned and well kept. Very comfortable and convenience. Feel like staying at our own home. The home keeper is also very friendly and helpful. Will come again whenever we in Penang again.

VERY PLEASED with the rental of the apartment. All facilities that were listed were all available.

Very clean and cozy. Seldom used the aircond over 4 days, because the it was very cool during the evenings and nights. The aircond was working perfectly. Clean kitchen, clean shower room, clean toilet, clean bedrooms (all three rooms)

Remote controlled room lighting!

Ample parking, with security gate, with watchman at night.

Roti canai shop and small sundry shop on ground floor.

Since the apartment was on the 10th floor, the view was very nice, with a view of the sea in the distance. It was especially in the mornings, when you can see the sunrise, although you had to stretch your neck a bit to see it.

Just 3 minutes to Tesco which is open till 1:00 AM!

Ten minutes to famous Gurney Drive Foodcourt.

Many eating places along the road to Tanjung Bunga.

All in all, I think for an apartment for such a decent rental, it deserves 4 out of 5 stars.

Saya suka dgn design dan kekemasan rumah. Walaupun tidak berapa besar ttp selesa utk kami sekeluarga. Mungkin boleh lg 'upgrade' kemudahan pd masa akan dtg.. :)

The room is great, got everything listed, prepared even washing powder also. Easy to contact the people also. And the location is near to the new Quay Mall.

Nice, clean homestay, price cheapper. just that the mattress and the pillow unfortable only.

I would not recommend anyone to stay here due to the following reasons-
1. It is simply too small and too hot.
2. The comforters looks old and dirty.
3. Although it is advertised that 9 people can stay but please do not try it cos this place is only ideal for 4 persons.
4. Sofa looks old and dirty.
5. Enviroment looks unsafe and the place is basically a low cost apartment converted to be for rental.
6. Not a single aircon is provided and once inside the ventilation is so bad.

For the price charged at rm 150 per day, certainly the owner can improve the overall comfort of the tenants.

VERY GOOD PLACE TO STAY... I HIGHLY RECOMANDED THIS TO ALL..
