Axis Sohu: Next To LRT Station 4km KLCC

It was a very nice experience staying at Sohu Apartment. Nice environment with a nice pool too. Since it is located on top of the shopping mall so there's no problem at all to get everything we need.
Safely guarded by the security personnel, it feels really safe. My whole family really like the place and the environment, so we're thinking to stay there again if we happen to visit KL again next time.
It's only the platform at the back need some maintenance. The surface is not level, so many of us hurt our toe by accidentally kicked the unlevel surface.

Alhamdulillah.. Me and my family (my wife & kids, my mom, my brother in law, my sister & my niece) have found a place that made us feel at home while away on holiday.. it's due to following facts:

1) the owner's kindness and accommodating nature as well as prompt responds to most of our requests.

2) for Muslims tenants, there is a Mosque/Surau 5 minutes walk from the security guard house. Located in between the Axis Atrium @ Axis Pandan building and the Pandan Indah LRT station. Live Azan/call for prayer can be heard from the room.

3) the apartment is simple but comes with everything that we need to ensure a comfortable stay for all of us. Facilities such as playground, swimming pool, bbq pit, washing machine etc made the whole family wish that we could have booked a much longer stay there.

4) easy access to most places even though Ampang is actually located at the outskirt of most of the happening places around Kuala Lumpur but with the Pandan Indah just 5 minutes walk from the apartment building made access anywhere possible.

5) inside as well as outside of the apartment it self is clean and tidy..

6) light shopping can be done within the building it self since there are shops and supermarket in the Axis Atrium..

7) last but not least the online booking service provided by iBilik is superb and trustworthy.

Perhaps as a precautions there are a few preventive maintenance/measures that the owner should look into soon.

a) The patio and wooden stair case leading to the open parking area just outside of the house where the washing machine is located might need to be tended/rejuvenated soon.

b) The leg of the dining table seems to be weakened and could snap anytime should it receive a sudden push. So since the table top is made out of glass it could cause undesired accident to future tenants. My recommendation to the owner is to replace the dining table soon.

Overall, from our 4 nights and 5 days stay in that beautiful little apartment that has given myself and my family the chance to enjoy our short visit to Bumi Malaya from a different perspective, I can proudly say it is an AWESOME and generally SAFE place to stay!! I will make sure to make my booking many months in advance prior to my visit!! I so gonna recommend it to other members of my clan as well as to my friends!!

I would highly recommend this apartment and the price is reasonable.

First of all, I would like to thank the owner of Axis for being so kind and accommodating. We booked 2 apartments with ibilik from 16 - 18 Mar. Ibilik service are superb too.

We had amazing stay at Axis Atrium. This is not a five star hotel accommodation, but for the price that they are charging, we definitely get a lot more than what we expected. I myself a frequent traveller and travel specialist. I have been staying and living in many countries around the world. If you are having too high expectation, then, prepare to pay more than RM600 a nite, at least.

Good for family of not more than 8 pax. I love the kampung decor, feels like we are staying in a modern kampung house in the middle of the city centre. It's very convenient. We parked our cars just below the apt's private courtyard (we didn't use the main entrance as it is more convenient this way :D). The children playground just outside the apartment. We just need to watch the kids from inside the house. The wonderful swimming pool just a floor away :) View fr the swimming pool - SUPERB!

Living and dining hall are spacious enough for a short stay. Water pressure excellent! Cooking not required as there are plenty of restaurants and shops on the ground floor.

Beds are comfortable. But I wish for better queen size bed in the second room, too soft because two mattresses are put on top of another. Prefer tatami style and just put one hard mattress ;)

I wish I stay longer here eventhough myself living just nearby. Will definitely book again next school holiday :D

Your place is beautiful and clean and near with shopping malls, thank you so much. This was quite an enjoyable trip, except for some communications breakdown, your condo staff didnt understand what our driver told her, that's why we took about 2 hours to locate the place.

At first i was shocked as the apartment is not the one as seen on web. But, when i entered the apartment, i found it is more spacious and well decorated. So, we decided to juz took this apartment instead of the actual one which have swimming pool. Overall, its was a nice stay as we were given freedom because the owner never check on us. One thing is that only master bedroom hv air cond. I hope in future all room will have an air cond. But, there is no complimentary as promise but its ok as the owner didn't charge me more also for unit upgrade. I will intro this apartment to myu frens and will stay again in future.

Suitable for group of 8-10. Facilities are well maintain.
Overall is good except the toilet a little dirty.

Generally it was ok. Rooms are spacious. Access to children's playground and swimming pool is convenient. Only that no of cards issued are limited. So it is very inconvenient if there are more than one family coming.

This apartment is very convenint for shopping and taking LRT. The owner is kindly and helpful for our requests.

The place is nice only that the owner should add air-cond at the living room and upgrade the air-cond in the room. However, the service was good as when we complaint, the owner take fast action. Would love to come back and stay.....

This apartment is fabulous and very convenient to accesses any part of KUL as LRT station is just at doorstep. Especially the owner Judy is very flexible and helpful personality. We had a good time.

This unit really a nice place to having KL view.

the actual unit is very difference from the photo. the unit is not really well maintenance. the kitchen is smelly. the toilet got some bug on the wall on and off. Overall we are quit upset with the unit. Lucky the unit is convince to travel as is very near to LRT station and easily to get taxi.

Basic but practical furnishings. Backyard has direct access to a carpark that is not in used, this was quite worrying to us because the backyard door has no lockset. Overall security and comman areas maintenance of this apartment is below average. The plus point is free parking, easy access to swimming pool, playground and BBQ area.

The house was spacious enough to fit 6 adults and 3 children. There were enough beds for all of us. The owner was kind as the owner has prepared bread,fruits and eggs as complimentary. The condo has easy access to the shopping complex and other nearby shopping malls such as ampang point and KLCC. However, the floor was sticky and oily all over including the first floor. When we arrived, the bathroom was not clean whereby there were black dust kind of particles on the floor. The first floor has comfortable beds and sofa but if anyone plans to sleep downstairs, the person downstairs will be able to detect the movements of those upstairs as the floor upstairs is made out of wood. It was our misfortune where the electricity was cut on our second night of stay (Around 4 hours of blackout), we tried opening all the windows but it was stuffy and warm as the building is blocked by another building stopping wind from flowing in. We also had issues with the guards in the car park. On our arrival date, a guard led us to a parking spot which was nearby to the elevator and told us to park at that spot although we told him it was not the parking lot allocated by the owner. However, he insisted on us parking at that spot. On the following day, another guard raged towards us for parking at that spot which belonged to somebody else. We explained what happened the night before, but he wasn't satisfied. Anyhow, hope you will rectify these issues. Thank you for your condo.

Value for money. Just the air conditioner for main room wasn't cool enough. But overall it's quite good.

the place is good because its located in d town area and on the shopping mall building(axis pandan). but im dissapointed because owner not paid internet bill and maintanance fees so its trouble us as a guess.

Unit is quite run down..In the ad, it says "In-front of the unit: Swimming pool, gym, extra washrooms, BBQ pit and children playground" I took it for granted that the unit faces the pool and has a playground too! All it had was a huge playground, didnt see the bbq pit, the pool is on the next floor...kinda felt cheated..

Ms Nisa, was kind enough though to take around and view the other bigger units under this owner, my family and I didnt stay at the unit. I had called the owner to seek for a refund, but was told it couldnt be done since payment was made to ibilik. Sighh .. never coming back to this unit for sure..

location is good but the apartment isn't good . fan was crashed, bath room untidy and need to mainbrace and........

The owner is not responsible. We were paid for a 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom duplex modified studio apartment with 1,050 sf inclusive backyard area with In-front of the unit: Swimming pool, gym, extra washrooms, BBQ pit and children playground. But he moved us to a normal apartment without backyard without notify us in advance even I have personally talk to him two weeks before we stay. When I called him to ask why he change our room, he act rudely by saying he actually upgraded our apartment which in fact, not at all! the apartment is smaller, with no backyard and the BBQ pit is not even in front of the apartment! He even threaten to return my deposit and get us to move out while I am trying to negotiate by saying i just want the unit I have book. The worst part is, we actually went out at night, Luckily he didn't take any of our item! And he refuse to show up to return our deposit the day we check out. we are force to get a chain and a padlock to lock the apartment to avoid him to destroy anything after we check out so he will return our deposit.

SIX things are unacceptable:

1. Never inform us the room is being booked by others in advance and didnt explain even when my friend went there to check in.

2. How come ibilik never tell us also?! The time i booked it shown available?!

3. Didnt bother to apologise to us before and after the incident!

4. Hang up my phone and scolded me and didnt even reply my SMS!

5. Broke in the apartment when there is nobody there and switch off the fridge that cost damage to us!

6. Giving excuses for not coming to return the deposit on our check out day and force us to locked the apartment so he wont destroy the thing inside the apartment after we check up which will give him an excuse for not returning our deposit.

I will never advice my friends and family to book any apartment through ibilik anymore. This is a serious cheat case and not even apology we heard from the owner and in fact, we were being treated rudely. I am so disappointing with the services.
