It is a decent place. Worth the money if you have a large group.
Electricity can be pricey , cost me almost rm 50 maybe because air cond was switched on too often.

It can be noisy with traffic noise as it is very near the sprint highway. The air cond in the room downstairs can be noisy , and I got woken up by some sound from the ancient machine.

SStrategic location. Security wise, the neighborhood is guarded and I see police patrol cars quite often.

The house is worth at this rate. Its big and spacious enough, and comfortable for having friends or family gathering.

Good place for a big group people to stay.

Overall everything is okay. The house is spacious and clean. Rooms are big. Recommended.

I am very happy with the place and my guests were actually wanting to extend their stay but since we did not make the booking earlier so they have to go out according to the schedule. And Archer the keeper was so nice and helpful.

It was great! The owner waited for our arrival patiently even though we were late from the promised time.

worth every single penny paid. spacious and clean. could be slightly better if the grass is cut and kept a little bit more tidy. but overall think that the house is worth the money paid

Generally it was worth the money but the only flaws are the house seems a bit old and would require minor renovation. There are stains on the sofa, the flush system in the 2nd room is not really good & no bath accessories (shampoo, shower foam) were provided. Apart from that, I highly recommend this place for wedding purposes =)

I didn't stay there, so no comment. But my daughter-in-law mentioned that her mom has to mop twice in order to feel clean & at night alot of mosquitoes.

The house is spacious and clean. However the maintenance is poor e.g. main door could not be locked, water pressure in the bathrooms at the upper storey was low and the toilet flush was merely a string. Other minor problems include blankets and bedsheets which were worn with holes.

House is old but clean and tidy.

The house was generally ok. Could be cleaner as there were lizard droppings especially in the fridges.

We were expecting the whole house to outselves but when we reached, someone was already staying there. The information on the website only said "There is a store room downstair which we are using" and is unclear that someone is staying there. In addition, the "Rental Type" said "whole house" which is really misleading.

Also, we were not informed that electricity is charged based on usage. I.e. over and above what was already paid for the rental.

Nevertheless, it is a cheap place to rent.

We were quite disappointed with the place.
it is old and looks haunt.

i was told there were break-ins and we were advised to bring our valuables with us.

luckily we are staying for one night.

i will NOT recommend this place to anyone unless you have budget constraint.

Basically i m not happy with the homestay. the toilet is dirty, the rooms is smelly, the living room and kitchen not proper clean up and the fridge is no longer function well. the provided mattress seem like for beggar. Very disappointed. i think you should do some works before renting out again.

i need 5 extra bed, if possible. If can't, pls try your best to give me 4 extra bed.
