Lucky Homestay Apartment

hi, i've stayed in Crown Emperial Court apartment a month ago. what can i say? the apt. was very spacious! I came by a family of 12 members, and they totally love it! we did not have enough bed to sleep, luckily the owner have spared us two thick comforter in the room and it is so comfortable to stay there. Much to my amazement, even though the place was too near to the night market i couldnt barely hear the noise. and it was pleasant. thank you mrs chin for letting us staying there, we will come back again would gladly awaiting for your service.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. Easy registeration without much hassle

the ownners were helpful, friendly and hospitable..only grouses are the seasoned worn out pillows, the linens also not appealing..a big family will definate

Jan 30 - we booked the apartment

We (group of nine) were supposed to stay 3D2N (10-12 of February) but we just have to check out early morning of Feb 11.

Feb 8 - i emailed the owner asking for details (where to get thekey, where to register, etc...in my email i also mentioned that we will be arriving at around 12noon of feb 10.)...but i didn't get prompt response since we didnt have internet connection after leaving KL... i found out that she replied on feb 10, 3:06pm

Feb 10 - left KL at 9am...as there was a real heavy traffic on our way up, we arrived CH at around 4pm already... we called the contact number as stated in the ibilik because we were never given the exact address. The owner says it's at B apartment, then we went to B apartment...nobody is there to meet us... Then said opposite Heritage, then up again we went...again, nobody to meet us. called her...said D apartment, so we have to go down again and have to search the area for such apartment then again said B apartment... call...talk..calll...but still nobody was there to meet us. then finally gave the exact address... Still nobody was there to meet us. We only found the house keys hidden somewhere...

house was spacious...BUT we can't just take how worn out and how the beddings were not properly washed, or should I say it was not washed at all... Some we found at the cabinet (doors of it are spoiled leaving the cabinet open and the comforters left to dust), some in the bed...the bed looks like "somebody just got out of bed and left the bed like that"...With dirty kitchen and dirty utensils, dirty dining and all those refuse over-filling the waste baskets in the kitchen, and the dirty bathrooms with left-over men's underwear. Dirty kitchen rags everywhere...Only when we were inside the apartment that the owner's runner (who doesnt speak any english at all) arrived and started cleaning up (well, not really)... the whole house was smelling foul. TAKE NOTE! we arrived 4hours later than what I have emailed...shouldn't this have given the owner more time to clean the whole house? That night, all of us didnt have a good night sleep...

The price asked was more than double the regular rate because of the holiday season (we understand that) but definitely not worth the quality of service we got out of it...It was our first time to visit Cameron, go there to enjoy and relax but it was such a bad experience. We gave up the house, went back to KL, sacrificed our money and stayed in a hotel than to stay another hour in the apartment.

We hope these feedbacks will be taken seriously so the next tenants will not be as unhappy as we are. LUCKY APARTMENT IS A BIG NO, NO!!!
