very good for i stay 2night three day

Thank you for giving me this opportunity. The apartment that I stayed was not quite well maintained especially the toilets. Otherwise it would be OK. Very unfortunate I lost my blackberry charger somebody must had enter to rectify my complain about the fridge not working at all. I knew somebody must had enter after I discovered the fridge was OK. I try to contact the caretaker but to no avail and just left behind the keys and departed. Hope you can do something about that.

Beautiful well kempt spacious condominium strategically located with easy access to shopping areas, food and other conveniences. Generally, air con and plumbing are in good working order. Very comfortable and value for money.Thumbs up.

Booking through ibilik is fast and easy. Selections of hotel/accomodation and rental are good.

So far the apartment nice to stay with basic home appliance.However at kitchen side have to do some improvement/changing.Ealier in website there mention have wash mechine but i did't noticed that at the apartment.Kindly provide as per your info.

Found it very convenient and manageable for my trip at Langkawi. Not so for from Jetty.

SO FAR SO GOOD. I BOOKED FOR 3 BEDROOM APARTMENT BUT THEY GAVE ME 4 BEDROOM APARTMENT CAUSE THE ONE I BOOOKED IS FULL. ONLY THING IS THE MASTER BEDROOM HEATER IS NOT FUNCTIONING .

Overall, this place is need a big improvement before it can be offered as a place to stay, hotel, etc. With this current condition, I will never choose this place ever again or recommend others to stay in this place.
My feedback for this place are:
1. Spooky
2. Dirty, start from stairway, living room, bed room and balcony
3. Very bad quality of bed set and furnitures
4. A lot of cockroach in the kitchen
5. Noisy from water flow on the bathroom
There are only 2 things I should say thanks,
1. The owner is easy to be contacted, even in the middle of the night
2. Very late check out

Facilities completed on too
many breakdown and damamge item.

Damage door knob, bedframe and mattresses.
Toilets no mirror and slippery not
clean.2nd toilet no heater.

Incomparable with the
1st apartment which i rent
at Melaka and also cheaper.

terima kasih kerana menyediakan ruang untuk menulis sedikit pengalaman saya di apartmen legenda ini. secara jujurnya saya ingatkan aprtmen ni adela lif/elevator tapi sadly memg x ada. sbbnya rombongan saya ni bawa ibu menngandung, bila dpt tingkat 4 sedih jugakla, takpela ok lagi, masuk je rumah excellent ade 1 aircond dalam setiap bilik, n master bedroom ade bathroom la attached mcm normal house lain. so kt cnila sy tak brapa puas hati rice cooker rosak, dapur gas x ada, so mcm mane nak masak? terpaksala beli sdr stove dkt langkawi ni, (rase pelik kene beli sdr?) saya hrap management buat btol2 la sbb kami bayar mahal, dkt tpt lain 250shari memg complete semua, jadi pengalaman kami x brape best la tq thats all

The water heater is not working and the bed sheets are not washed and dusty.

Sad to say that the unit I stay was not in good condition. Some light and plug was not working. Missing curtain in the living hall. Toilet was not properly maintain. the main door and losk was in bad condition so i was afraid to leave behind veluable things. I don't think I will recomend this place to anybody.

the toilet flush was not functioned and only 1 mirror available-should have mirrors in every room. there's no iron board furnished in the apt. Hard to get a proper parking. Suggest to well maintain the apartment and the surrounding area.

Last minutes informed that no available unit even payment was done.

Owner replaced a new unit in same apartment but was smelly and dusty.

We are forced to pay the extra to get accommodation from other hotel. No refund for owner till now.

It was quite disappointed for this langkawi trip. Even thought we keep follow up with the owner before we arrived, but still happened that the unit was unavailable after the payment done.

Owner tried to provide another unit which from Lagenda apartment (Kuah area). This unit was smelly and dusty as we found. Finally our family need to spend the whole night to look for the hotel there.

It was OK.
