Crown Imperial Court Apartment

Very clean unit, with good amenities. Friendly guards. Pasar malam is a short walk away. During peak season, eventhough the unit has 2 dedicated parking spots, they were taken by other irresponsible guests. The whole block is very echoey too, so you can hear the neighbours.

There were 2 blankets, 2 spare mattresses and one 'toto' in case the beds werent enough. Overall a pleasant stay for our big family :)

Nice Apartment & nice location. Really near to pasar malam & all food stall, convenient for family with small kids to hang around.

Water problem, toilet door problem.

Good place to stay during school holiday with big family. However, master bedroom water heater not function at all. Please look into this matter. We might stay here again on the next trip.

The apartment is clean. However, the kitchen has to equip with more cooking utensil such as pan, pot, bigger plate and perhaps a water filter.

The location is near to the night market.

Flat is quite neat and comfortable, it's very near to night market and brinchang town.over all it is good.

Overall stay was good. Apartment with basic necessity.
However, we would like Owner to provide the following:
1. floor mat (outside the bathroom)
2. scandals (to walk inside the house)
3. Extension wire
4. Add in another 2 seater sofa.
5. Hanger (inside the toilet)

The apartment is quite nice, just same as the picture. Its just have something that need to be repair. One of the toilet bowl is broken, we can't flush it and the light at the dining room is not work too. Other than that, everything is nice. Thanks!

Value for money

Had a pleasant stay . The apartment was very clean, much cleaner than I had expected.

Although we didn't use it, the apartment was well equipped with utensils as well as a refrigerator.

The only downside I could think of was that the master bedroom's toilet didn't have a clothes hanger. No biggie.

The place is clean and is good for short or long holiday, near to town convenient for meal, but it will be better if provide more utensil, like knife to cut fruits and plates and microwave too. Anyway we enjoy the stay.

we all like this apartment very much. but some litter problem that happen when we check in:-
1. master bed room's toilet- when on the light, was Tripped.
(we have told the owner)
2. master bed room's toilet- Flooding
3. bed is not comfortable to sleep =D

other than that, all is ok for us. We like it. I think we will book the room again with you.

Good location. Walking distance to pasar malam, restaurants & convenient store (walking is limited to those fit and strong. Not adviseable for the aged as the slope is very steep and can be slippery when wet). Very basic amenities. Broken curtain, broken shower tap (thus can't use Bathroom 1). Parking is quite scary especially at basement parking. Will come again? ... Maybe, unless there is a better choice.

The apartment was spacious and clean. But there are a few things need upgrade:

1) Induction cooker/stove is not functioning
2) Mattress need to be changed
3) There should be a hanging place/utility in bedroom and bathroom
4) More sofa at living hall. A complete set of 3+2+1 perhaps.

Location is very strategic but not advisable for those who have senior citizen with them.

the tv of apartment was going broken down,the hygiene of the floor very sticky like no clean up totally

This apartment is so comfortable with large family....the location near pasar malam brinchang make us more easily to going out without driving or think about car park... and it will be more better if the apartment put more sofas & come with rugs or carpet to make it warmer....
Really bad in term of parking.. This unit have not enough kitchen appliances (knife, spoon, rice cooker, etc).....
No TV channel accept TV2...it's more better come with ASTRO channel :)

The apt is clean and near to the town. it is a good place for a short break. However, there are little things can be done better as below:

1) Install Astro channel as the area signal is bad. Only TV2 got the signal
2) Place a carpet at the outside toilet room to wipe the legs
3) No proper signboard at apt entrance and exit

The apartment was on high ground and I thought We would have a fantastic view but it turned out that my apartment was facing the other units. That means no city view nor mountain view. A big disappointment. There was also no reminder to guests that blankets, towels and toiletries were NOT provided in the apartment unit. We had chilly nights and just used the bed cover. There was a LCD TV which was good but only can get TV2. On the positive side, the unit was very clean. I will look for alternative accommodation the next time I am in Cameron Highlands and compare.

As feedback from Chong Yee Kuen dated 25-May 2012, the apartment is quite nice, but the toilet bowl & the light at the living room still not repair. An important points i wish to share is, the Kitchen Utensil & the bedsheet should improve the cleanessess.& Lastly poor Car park. Thanks

Place was nice & comfortable but the person who incharged was very poor feedback. The Induction cooker not workable when i call the person , she reply me that "not allow to cook" and didn't take any action on time.

everything is good and i satisfied with all the room...can recommended to other peeps for theirs vacations at cameron highlands...last but nt least.. TQ ...will return soon...hihihihihi

The apartments were clean, well equipped. The utensil are ready there,such as dishwashing liquid,pot,kettle,cutlery. The best selling point is the location of the apartment just at the Brincang main road side and beside of night market which is among the best attraction point of Cameroon Highland during weekend. You can just walk and reach night market in 1 minutes from the apartment. Will definitely introduce to all my friends and family.
