Overall me and my friend enjoyed our stay here. We are satisfied with the apartment. We doesn't have to wait long to check in or check out.

We only stayed there for one night but it was impressive enough. Clean place, with adequate facilities. Very hospitable hosts - even provided a cot for our toddler. Central location, near to Dataran Pahlawan, Mahkota Parade and other attractions.

Will definitely stay here again when we're in Malacca. Thanks Chris!

Was impressed and surprised with the comfy and homely ambience. Premise was adequately equipped and equipment were in good working condition. The owners/caretakers were most hospitable and helpful.

Our stay was a surely thumb up and will surely recommend to friends.

I was at this place 1 night but I really like much because of the cleaniness and its simple yet nice concept.No regret for this place.

We spend a nite here,the house size is adequate , Location is convenient with 7-11 next door and Food stall opposite the Condo. The owner is friendly and helpful.
A little disappointing cause the 2nd & 3rd room does not have mirror & one of the room air-cond not function. But owner was immediately provided a fan .
Overall, the exeperience is good and it is recommended!

Homestay is conveniently located next to the Portugese Settlement @ Ujong Pasir. Foodcourt and convenient stores can be found right outside on the mainroad. Short driving distance away to most of the main attrations ie Jonker Street, St Paul's Hill, Dataran Pahlawan ... etc. Unit is clean and spacious. The unit we got was overlooking the Straights of Melaka, which was absolutely fantastic! Furniture and equipments are in good working order. Owners Freddie and Chris are friendly. I would definitely book again if I come back to Melaka

Clean, comfortable and near to town area.

Overwhelmed by the friendliness of the owner during the stay. A cosy and tidy apartment with guarded parking lot. A little suggestion for improvement here, to provide a small cabinet in the middle room and the tv signal not really clear.
Anyway, is worth of money to have a stay and enjoy the facilities provided.

Our experience renting an apartment through Ibilik,(Miss Chris Bong) was very good. We were very happy with this apartment, which comfortably accommodated our family of four adults, plus my two years old daughter. The location was extremely convenient. The views of Strait of Malacca from the living room and of the entire skyline of Malacca were spectacular.

There were two queen size beds and a two twin bed. The fact that there were two bathrooms also helped. The unit is clean, bright, roomy and well-appointed. The living room is comfortable, and the kitchen is nice and useful for those who like to cook. The apartment was central, we were able to drive everywhere.

Overall we had a great time and I would recommend the accommodation to fellow travellers and would happily stay there again next time we travel to Malacca.

Very good location, just opposite the apartment there is a food court with various local foods, price is very reasonable.
Apartment is facing the swimming pool. Apartment is clean, with a good kitchen facilities. Only the bathroom needs to be upgraded.

Any local will enjoy this apartment stay.

Nice place and location to stay in. Clean and comfy.

Overall the unit was clean and well kept. But would prefer the bedsheets were of lighter colors in order to be comfortable to know they are clean. The wash basin in the common bathroom was leaking. Nevertheless, will definitely place a booking if were to be in town again. Thank you.

Clean. Complete and safe facilities.

Suggestion:
1. Shampoo. soap and sufficient toilet rolls should be prepared for holiday tenants. (Usually, around 6-8 person will be staying there.)

2. There should be an air-conditioner in the living hall. The hall is quite hot in the afternoon.

Clean and fully equip. Near to town and eatery. Will definitively come back.

We loved the apartment. It provides good water quality, tv, bed and etc. The rental fee is fairly cheap. If we 're bored, we can just head to the swimming pool downstairs. But it would be better if the apartment were located near shopping malls, so we could just go there by walking. We had to call taxis everytime we want to head there. I think that was the only disadvantage. But nonetheless, this apartment was still great.

very clean and nice place to stay...advisable to everybody

Stayed for 2 nights at Melacca Perfect Homestay during the weekend. The host is friendly, she even let us to have free extended one hour time before checked out. My 3 children were very happy with the swimming pool. The aircond worked well. The kitchen and bathroom was clean, and the sofa is big and nice.

Everything was okay except for that:
1. They have no air-cond in the living room.
2. On our first night at this place, we could not sleep until midnight as there was loud noises from the neighbourhood. They had an outside party with loud musics, dances and disco lights. It was really frustrated as we checked in at 7.00 p.m. and were very tired and really need to relax.
3. Really frustrated with the bed in the Master bedroom- the spring matress that is provided is very bad. We can feel every inch of the spring when we lied down. We did not use the duvet as the blanket, instead we have to use it as layer to soften the effect of the 'spring'.

Initially, I plan to stay at this place during the weekend for about a month as I have some job at Malacca. However, I have cancelled the plan. I rather drive from my home to Malacca every day on the weekend, than staying at this place.

I booked it because of the good reviews I read. But unfortunately when I checked in at 2.30 pm, I found that the kitchen floor was sticky, I didn't check other items because I was in a hurry to go out.
When I came back at 11 pm, the floor was cleaned and not sticky anymore. But to my horror, I found some strands of long hair on the pillow cases and bedsheets. Obviously they were not replaced after the previous guests had moved out.
I wouldn't stay here again in future.

Overall, I am satisfied.A very good place n nice to stay...and the owner is a kind and friendly person.:)a very good choice to stay for family or group people!

spacious apartment, first impression was impressive. the only down side that i would say is about the cleanliness, especially for the bathrooms, if that is overcome with then this is certainly one great place to go to. owner was friendly too.

There are alot of space for us to move around the unit, unlike any hotel where we find only bed and writing bed beside TV console. In this unit, we have enough bed rooms and kitchen to do simple cooking if needed.
I will encourage another family outing to this apartment sometimes in end CY12.

Nice place ,we enjoy our stay however aircond in the master bedroom is not working n need some hooks in the bathroom to hang the clothes.Overall we enjoy our stay.Thank u again.
