Sunway Housestay for family fun! This is a modern terrace house very close to Sunway Lagoon water theme park offering an unparallel homely atmosphere for family and friends getting together for a fraction of the hotel costs nearby.

Ideal for groups of people attending conference at Sunway Lagoon or Sunway Pyramid. The spacious house is ideal for families on holiday and events such as wedding tea ceremony, engagement, anniversary and birthday. We are a Non Smoking Housestay!

We provide catering services together with BBQ and steamboat facilities to meet all types of taste buds. Airport pick up and drop off is available for RM200 one way for a van with 7 guests and their luggages. Inland transport and site seeing tour services can be arranged based on your needs.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We can accomodate up to 21 guests (RM50 per guest per night for every guest after 10 pax) comfortably in this house. This booking is for Master bedroom only - 10 pax. Rooms are opened for additional RM100 each (or for addtional 2 pax) until all 3 rooms opened. Thereafter additional beds for each guest up to 21 pax. All rooms and the whole house is fully furnished and fully air-conditioned. All bathrooms have cold and hot water shower for your convenience.
