- No drugs or any other illegal activities
- No littering at common area
- Must keep common area clean
- Must remove all decorations, put trash in bag, mop the floor if drink is spilled
- Turn OFF all air conditioners & lights when check out

SELF CHECK IN:

- Check-in: 3.00 pm
- Check-out: 12.00 pm

The security deposit will be refunded around 2 weeks time after check out. It will be collected after booking. We will email you the instructions.
