Homestay @ Plaza 393

The place was clean, convenient & awesome. But the best thing was that it really felt like home for the short while we were there. Mr Moses was really friendly and helpful as well. Definitely a great deal for our money. We enjoyed our stay and will without doubt book the same place if we visit again.

Really satisfied!! Very clean and big house that I think can fit 10 persons.. Got everything including washing machine but we can't find an iron.. Owner is a good n friendly person

Good place for family to stay, but it would be best if rice-cooker is provided. The parquewood pop out at master bedroom almost trip my child. Some Cleaning tools were found but no bucket/pail provided if you want to mop the floor, Sweep the floor but nothing to 'catch' the rubbish. However, no tissue paper and soap is provided as mentioned, and only 1 and a-quarter roll of toilet paper provided. It is lucky that we can pick-up whatever shortage from carrefour at groundfloor. Long walk to the LRT station though, not suitable for the old-aged. Playground/activity yard at 5th floor is good place for young children to run about. The kind owner showing good attitude and attempt to every requests quickly. No doubt will come back again.

Mr. Moses is very kind.. the apartment is Clean And comfortable.. next time we will rent the apartment again.. Thanks a lot..

Rumah yang selesa untuk sesiapa yang ingin berkunjung ke Kuala Lumpur. Bagi akan datang minta dapat sediakan peralatan membersih diri seperti sabun mini pack & ubat gigi.. hehehe..

Overall the stay was pleasant.Friendly landlord.The parking bay is quite dark and deserted.As I propose to Mr Moses,please install another water heater. At the moment only the master bedroom has.Come back late at night we have to queue for the heater.Value for money.Thank you Mr Moses.

The condo is neat and the owner is friendly as well.
The location was quite okay but not many taxi pass by.

great location,minutes away to petaling street,bkt bintang..etc.,we had a comfortable stay and unforgettable trip admiring the relaxed and much missed laid back feeling of the neighbourhood...the apartment is clean,very decent and comfortable beds and great host,mr moses..whatever you see in the room photos are pretty much of what you will expect..will recommend it to others..

I must say we enjoy our stay, small maintaining service should be taken care ,such as the flooring was wet due to to the air con leaking. We will come again someday, when we need our break after living in our orchard in Hulu Langat.

A homely, comfortable and self contained apartment, at a very reasonable price. In very close proximity to eating houses and the supermarket Carrefour (Jalan Peel). Access to bus and rail within walking distance. The owner Mr.Musa who is very friendly and hospitable, went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. He even literally went the extra mile to show us a little bit of KL which we had not seen, on our way back to the airport on our return (He provides transport for a reasonable fee). I strongly recommend homestay plaza 393 for your vacation.

Very good apartment, very clean, very reasonable price, good location, it's above Carrefore market, surrounded by many food courts, easy to find local transportation. The owners are very helpful and kind, large and comfortable rooms, has all the supplies: All kitchen's equipment with he microwave, pans, plates, spoons, knives, forks, cups as well, washing machine, it was very helpful, clothes iron, 6 chairs food table, they provided extra toilet paper, plastic bags, and they provided extra 4 flip flops.
We recommend it to our friends, and we will back again.

I love to stay there. The apartment is clean, comfortable and easy to access. The location is strategic and near to shops. Parking lot also provided. The owner is nice and kind. I'm sure to stay there again.

Overall the apartment is very well maintain and clean. If the room floor change, it will be more nicer. The room rate is reasonable and we plan to stay here in future. Its very convenient for a big family on vocation and beyond our expectations. Have recommended to others..

The apartment are clean and pleasant to stay. In the future, we definitively will stay here again. Our complaints only about water heater in bathroom and rice cooker are not available, but that doesn't diminish our convenience.

Friendly owners, clean room, excellent location, but no water heater, anyway, I think will stay here again in future.

Value for $$ and convenient excessing to Bukit Bintang although the overall apartment is quite rundown.

Not really confortable with the room bedsheet and need to improve further.

The owner Mossa is a very nice and helpful person. The flat is fine for the amount paid. The area ia a busy area with more locals than tourists.

This is the2nd time this year that my family has put up at Moses' place. He has gone all out to help us with the transport and accommodation. Thank you, Moses for your help.
