Comfort Lodge

I am very satisfied with this short term rental - good location (10 minutes walking distance to Queensbay Mall), fully furnished room (WIFI, air con, fan, two beds, clothes hanger), clean environment, equipped with facilities (water dispenser, TV, washing machine, fridge). There is even a huge garden (good for jogging) and a 4 feet swimming pool. I also managed to park overnight inside the condominium premises (ask for visitor pass at the guard house). Will definitely stay here again for future trips. Keep up the good job :)

Nice unit with good condo facilities. Very hygiene environment.
High floor and very windy. Mountain view.
There is a nearby food court center.
Easy to check-in and check-out, totally no waiting time.
Very convenience to reach attraction point.

Suggestion: Please consider to prepare few bowl. (for laksa, etc. ha ha)
Please consider to improve the TV antenna.

A room with attached batthroom (include water heater), air-cond, TV, and free wifi service and etc.....

This is a very nice room, very suitable for my wife and son. The nice landlord even provides us an extra mattress for our small family. The condo has a very beautiful landscape garden and swimming pool. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly during our stay there.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a friendly call from Mr Lim a few days before arrival in Penang advising where/how to check-in. Check-in/out were hassle-free.The unit was clean,bright with good view. The Condo was well secured and the guards are friendly. My family enjoyed staying there for 3 nights.

The room environment is good, clean and tidy. The location is great, nearby shopping mall and eatery. Definitely will return if revisit penang again.

This place is very new and clean. It is very well located and easy to access. Being on high floor it is cooling and well ventilated. Although it is for 8 pax we do not have a problem with 11 of us in there and it does not fell congested. The 3 bathrooms is really useful. The owner is very helpful friendly. Will definitely use it again and recommend it to friends

My experience with this particular ibilik is a good one. The room is clean and comfortable. I will use this ibilik again next time.

Last weekend my family and in laws decided to take a weekend holiday in Penang. Rented The Brezza Condo at Tanjung Tokong. At first I was a little worried whether the place is clean or whether it's comfortable to stay. No regrets...we are very happy.
It's a clean classy Condo. Security system is good. Beds are comfortable. All 3 rooms are with air con. 3 bathrooms, 2 with heater. Kitchen is equipped with a fridge, kettle and a washing machine. One LCD TV, a couch and a dining table. Everything is in working condition. I normally can't sleep well in a new place but at Brezza Condo I had a good sleep and was feeling fresh the next day. Thank You Sam.

Do not hesitate twice to book and make your reservation stay here. I really enjoyed my stay with no complains whatsoever. The hospitality that was extended to me was beautiful and great. The owner was constantly in touch with me to ensure that all was well and in place. First class place to stay at a great value. Clean, spacious with air con, wifi, and own bathroom. Just bring your towel and soap and shampoo and it's like home. Hv hot, cold and room temperature water available too. Just a close walk to Queensbay Mall and very convenient place. I hate to share this place with others cos I don't want it to be full the next time I m in Penang, but that would be too selfish. Great job, Sam. You run an honest, clean and value to smart travelers who didn't want to pay through the nose for comfortable lodging at 5 star hotels. I give this place a 8.5 for cleanliness, 8.5 for convenience and a 9.8 for value. See you again next time. Thumbs up!

I had a super comfortable stay and I love the location. Its near to Gurney, Batu Feringgi and Straits Quay. The apartment is spacious for all 8 of us. The owner is friendly and make sure that everything are in place.

Beautiful view, nice room and an even nicer manager, only drawback, no little refrigerator in the room, but there is one for all to use. And it is cheeper than most hotels.

It is a comfortable and clean master bedroom,provided facilities such as hairdryer. The price is rather cheap if compare with others. Queensbaymall just 8 minutes walk from apartment.The lodge owner is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this room to everyone. =)

The host has gone way and beyond with what a 'simple' booking would have been. My wife and I took an express bus from KL - Penang, and unluckily, we got left behind when it took a stop at Shell juru, didn't know this is how bus systems operates here in Malaysia, we were not even gone for 5mins and they leave, just like that! All our things were in the bus(luggage, Laptop, etc) and I was told we were utmost 20kms away from SG Nibong terminal, not knowing what to do, I called our host, and to my surprise, he offered to come see us, it was embarassing but, we were in bad need of help, after awhile, he made a couple of calls, which definitely consumed his mobile airtime, when he got there, he drove fast back to SG Nibong Terminal, not to mention having paid for the toll, we got our things, then.. another surprising part was, he drove pass Queensbay mall, just to show us the way going there, what an impressive person this guy is, and his wife, was as accommodating as him. I have no idea what worst could have happened that night, if our host didn't go out of his way to extend a helping hand.

The place is outstanding, a booking fee of 50RM is a definite understatement of how clean, and how impressive the place is.

I would recommend this place 10 times over a 5 star hotel, so if you plan to visit penang, book this place.. you will never imagine that such good people still exist!

and.. did I mention yet? he never charged me extra, for the trouble I gave him, for driving 20kms to come get us, and the tremendous amount of topup he spent, to ensure, we were fine.
