From January 2019, all short term rental bookings are instant and payment is required upon confirmation. Once you place an online booking, a receipt will be sent to your email, followed by check-in code via SMS. It is compulsory to give the check-in code to the owner during check in.
From January 2019 onwards, user must provide his/her valid email address and phone number in order to register an account with us. We require your email to be verified via email activation link and phone number verified by key in the activation code sent through SMS to your registered phone number. This is our security measure to prevent scammers and fraud activities.

Once you have place an online booking, you will receive confirmation from owner within 24 hours. Full payment is required within 48 hours after confirmation. It is compulsory to give the payment code to the owner during check in.
We accept payments via credits cards, debit cards and Paypal. We charge the guest a standard Service Fee (0%) and additional SST (0%) from Service Fee (0%). Kindly contact our support team should you have any question on your booking.

Security deposit is to be paid directly to the owner during check in. If there is no damages and missing items from the unit, owners will refund the full deposit during check out.

The standard check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 12 noon. However, some hosts may have their own time preference, please cross check with your host. You may refer to the host’s contact details as printed in your booking confirmation.

Go to Manage Short Term Rental > Add Short Term Rental, list your accommodation and it may take up to 12 hours for it to appear in the site and the same shall be subjected to our approval.
Tips:
All bookings made via the site will be instantly confirmed. Please regularly update your calendar and accommodation availability.
We charge the host a standard Service Fee - hosting (8%) and SST (0%) from the 8% service fee. For example, if you have listed your property for RM 100.00 a night and a guest books for 1 night, you will be earning RM 92.00 for this booking.

You will need to collect the check-in code from the guest during his/her check-in, enter it into our system to claim your earnings. With the check-in code, we will execute the payout instruction every Tuesdays and Fridays.

Amount availability in correspondence bank account subject to Banker service time (min 1 business day and up to 4 business day). Please make sure your payment settings are correctly setup & verified to avoid any delays.
What if the guest fails to show up?
If the guest fails to show up, or cancels at the last minute, you will still be able to receive your partial payment according to our iBilik Cancellation & Refund Rules.
What is the charges if I cancelled guest booking?
A service fee of 8% + SST (0%) on total listing rate will be imposed. Chargeable amount will be reflected in the next payment voucher.
