Homestay At Damansara Jaya (No 114)

Description

If I can give you what you need, why pick a hotel? Our homestay is simple, spacious & clean. We have upstairs master room, big medium and small medium rooms. It is only 5 mins to PLUS HIGHWAY Damansara Toll.

- Driving: 5 mins to 1-Utama, 10 mins to The Curve & 15 mins to Mid Valley if there is no jam.
- Walking: 2 mins to Uptown (you can find any type of food in Malaysia, all local banks, mini markets, hair salon, etc).

Facilities for upstairs three rooms:

- Air-cond
- Queen size bed
- Extra mattress if needed
- Fridge each room (not small one, you can keep quite lot food inside)

Downstairs small room:

- Aircond, wardrobe & single bed

The house facilities:

- Unlimited fiber optical Unifi Internet
- Auto washing machine
- Water heater all rooms
- Hot water pot
- Toaster
- Extra 4 - 5 mattress (normal tilam)

The homestay is very suitable for gathering, party, relatives & friends attending wedding, commencement, etc. The yard is very good for barbecue, we provide chairs, table, barbecue stand, big ice container for your drink, etc.

Guests need to pay for the electricity themselves, because we worry that guests will switch on the air-cond 24 hours like a hotel. But the bill for electricity will not be too much. So far, the highest payment on electricity for whole house is RM20/ night. Average is RM10/ night.
