I have (3) rooms to rent out in Kondominium Semarak, Jalan Raintree, Taman Raintree Utama, Batu Caves, Selangor.

Master bedroom: RM900/ month (full king size bedroom set, have own toilet, aircond and parking)
2nd bedroom: RM700 / month (new, queen size full bedroom set)
3rd bedroom: RM600 / month (queen size full bedroom set)

Each room has their own bedframe, mattress and wardrobe. 2nd and 3rd bedroom have dressers. Master bedroom has own table.

You can rent the room individually, or gather you friends or family to rent the unit entirely (discount can be given if you rent out the unit entirely).

Deposit is the standard 2+1 where 2 months is deposit and 1 month is the rental for the month.
